As practice shows, almost any person is able to learn to steer confidently with electric unicycle within an hour. Some people can ride in several hours of riding with the support of a friend's shoulder, mastering a unicycle by the "long step" method or using auxiliary wheels. Others - after 2-3 attempts independently master the  electric transport and feel on it almost as confidently as on "their two".

This is due to the incredibly simple handling of electric unicycle . The built-in gyroscope reacts to the position of the body of the rider - the electric unicycle is controlled by simply carrying the body in the desired direction. Increasing the slope forward - you can adjust the speed of traffic. Leaning backwards - carry out braking or start moving backwards. It means , to learn how to ride electric unicycle is enough to learn how to balance and keep balance.

HOW TO BEGIN?
At the beginning of learning to ride electric unicycle it is recommended to enlist the support of an experienced rider or just a friend who can support you in the first stages. You can also start training near a wall or a fence, which you can use for supporting.

One of the most effective exercises that help beginners to  learn how to ride electric unicycle is a "long step". It is carried out in 5 stages:

1. Being in the usual standing position, ask the friend to gently push you into the back. That foot with which you make the first step will be the leading one.

2. Place the leading leg on the unicycle platform exactly on its center. Make sure that the shin is snug against the body of the device, and the knees are relaxed. Try to press the pedal with your toe, and then the heel, to feel how the device works.

3.Push off the foot from the ground and slightly bend forward and away from the driving foot, as riding a scooter.

4.To hold the balance it is better to allow the unicycle to gain the optimum speed. To do this, repel the free leg more strongly and confidently transfer the weight of the body to the other leg.

5.Try with to make "steps" longer with every repulsion , transferring the body to the leading leg, and using the free one for safety.
